LegalWildnerness.com is a site dedicated to searching and exploring our legal frontiers to find, categorize and tag wild, untamed and predatory applications (or misapplications) of the law, to highlight the impacts of these applications, to showcase the people who are doing something about them and the practices they use to tame this wilderness.
The mission of LegalWilderness.com is to be the single most authoritative and current source of information available on the subjects of wild, untamed and predatory applications of the law and their effects on the world of business, especially in terms of costs, both to business and society, loss of enterprise and shareholder value and inhibited competitiveness in the world market. Toward this end we seek to become the one place that business people, lawyers, law clerks, the judiciary, students and anyone concerned with the negative impacts of runaway legal theories can come to in order to research and educate themselves on the issues.
Our purpose is to highlight the thinking, expertise and knowledge of our subject matter experts and thought leaders and to serve as an educational resource for those conducting research on the subject of law, its application and its misapplication.
Our content is provided by a collaboration of:
· expert legal practitioners,
· legal scholars,
· law and other students,
· scientists, and
· business people
to serve as a resource to legal professionals and the public on the subject of runaway legal theories and their impacts on business, economy, society and law. We seek to create an authoritative and in-depth treatment of these topics as a web-based resource.
